The company is engaged in commercial fishing. It was incorporated in February of 1982 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Huelva, Spain. The company harvests a wide variety of aquatic animals, ranging from tuna, cod and salmon to shrimp, krill, lobster, clams, squid and crab. It also uses large nets and factory ships to have a nice catch. In addition, the company used different seafood processing, such as canning of seafood (including soup); smoking, salting, and drying seafood; eviscerating fresh fish by removing heads, fins, scales, bones, and entrails; shucking and packing fresh shellfish; processing marine fats and oils; and freezing a variety of seafood.
